I am not interested in building businesses for the sake of building businesses. I am interested in building things that matter—companies that create opportunity, partnerships that solve problems, and relationships that stand the test of time. Everything else is simply the result of pursuing that mission with consistency and purpose.

I grew up in Bethlehem and have watched the Lehigh Valley evolve my entire life — businesses scale, new brands arrive, industries shift, and opportunities emerge. What I noticed early was that this region was never short on potential. It was waiting for people willing to act on it. That mindset became the foundation for everything I do. Not everything went as planned along the way, but I learned from all of those experiences, and stayed committed to one standard throughout: bring authentic, real value to every person and organization I work with. I live in Nazareth now, raising my two children in the same community that helped shape me, and that upbringing drives everything I do.

While my roots are firmly planted here, my perspective has never been limited by geography. The relationships I've built, the businesses I've helped grow, and the opportunities I've pursued have expanded well beyond the Lehigh Valley. I believe great ideas, strong partnerships, and meaningful impact know no boundaries. The lessons I learned here became the foundation for building connections, creating opportunities, and doing business wherever they exist.

Over a decade ago, I co-founded MCIT, and leading it has been one of the most defining experiences of my career. What we do matters. We protect businesses' data, money, and reputations every single day. We help organizations leverage technology to become sharper, faster, and more resilient versions of themselves. As AI accelerates the pace of change, we help companies embrace that future with confidence, clarity, and curiosity. The way I see it, AI is not a threat — it is an invitation to innovate, and the organizations that accept it will compete on a level that simply was not possible before.

But no solution is ever 100%. We say that openly. It is not a question of if something happens — it is when, and how do we fare through it together. That reality led me to align MCIT with Seltzer Group Partners. Cybersecurity and business insurance work together to close the gap that even the best technology cannot fully eliminate. Together, they form a complete philosophy: protect the asset, protect the organization, and leave nothing exposed. Protecting people's money, data, and reputations is not just a business model. It is a responsibility I take seriously.

Beyond business, I remain deeply committed to the community that helped shape me. I serve on numerous boards and nonprofit campaign cabinets doing philanthropic work. I also co-created Network Magazine to give business leaders a platform to connect, collaborate, and grow. This is not obligation. It is conviction. The more you build, the more you owe the people and places that helped make it possible.

I have also expanded and diversified into real estate through Morganelli Properties and ValleyCrest Property Management because I believe in building across multiple pillars, not just one. At the end of the day, what I am working toward is a lasting legacy: a reputation built on authenticity, meaningful relationships, protecting what matters most, and continuously pursuing what comes next. Whether that impact is felt across the street or across the country, the mission remains the same — create value, build trust, and leave things better than you found them.
